Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Hayley Adams holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. She began her career in education, teaching a variety of subjects for nearly a decade before life took an unexpected turn. At just 28 years old—before starting a family—she was diagnosed with breast cancer. That diagnosis launched her into a complex and deeply personal health journey.
Determined to preserve her long-term health and her ability to have children, Hayley quickly discovered that standard treatment protocols often fall short of addressing the whole person. She sought out providers willing to go beyond conventional boundaries, focusing on root causes, personalized care, and long-term well-being. This experience opened her eyes to the power of functional medicine and ignited a new purpose: helping others find hope, healing, and informed choices in their own health journeys.
Now cancer-free for over nine years and a proud mom to a vibrant 3-year-old son, Hayley has transformed her challenges into a career dedicated to patient advocacy and wellness leadership.
Her journey with Modern Thyroid Clinic began as a patient, and her deep appreciation for the care she received led her to join the team as a Health Coach. Her skills, insight, and unwavering commitment to the mission quickly made her an integral part of the clinic’s growth. Today, she serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations with the same heart and determination she brought to her own healing.
