Clinician
Krystal Adams is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both conventional and integrative medicine.
She holds degrees in Exercise and Wellness, Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Hawaii Pacific University. Her career began in preventive care as an exercise physiologist and health coach, where she developed a passion for holistic wellness and patient education. She later transitioned into nursing, caring for complex transplant and trauma patients at UC San Diego and Queen’s Medical Center.
These formative years provided her with a strong clinical foundation and a deep respect for the human body’s resilience and complexity. After completing her advanced degree as a nurse practitioner, she worked in urgent care, aesthetics, and women’s health—where she discovered a love for root-cause, integrative care that empowers patients to reclaim their health and confidence.
Krystal’s care style is grounded in trust, education, and collaboration. She looks beyond lab values to understand each patient’s full story, creating personalized plans that address physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. She believes deeply in patient self-advocacy and is committed to walking alongside her patients every step of the way.
She lives in Arizona with her husband, three kids, two cats, and one dog. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her napping, gardening, listening to audiobooks, or dreaming about being at the beach.
